The whole room joins in
Photos can join a rolling event-screen showcase about 20 seconds after capture. A Top 5 or Top 10 highlights video gives your closing segment another shared moment.
Timing is approximate. Screen access, connectivity and playback arrangements need to be coordinated with the venue and AV team.
Traditional or AI photobooth?
Both can give guests a keepsake. Choose based on the experience you want, and compare the actual package inclusions rather than the label alone.

PLAN THE EVENT FLOW
From arrival to the finale.
Before guests arrive
Allow around 1–1.5 hours for setup. Plan a flat area approximately 3.0m wide, 3.0–3.5m deep and 2.0m high, with a nearby 13A wall power point. Confirm the final footprint for any custom exterior.
During the dinner
Guests take a photo, see the transformation and scan to download it. Decide whether 4R printing is needed and agree the quantity and scope. Our partner package includes two on-site technical crew.
On the venue screen
Coordinate the screen connection and rolling photo showcase with the venue team. Agree the closing highlights selection and playback cue before the event.
Budget & booking details.
The partner rate is RM2,800 per event for 4 hours of unlimited AI transformations, custom event-themed styles, QR downloads, cloud gallery, sponsor logo branding, live-screen showcase, highlights video and two technical crew. Unlimited transformations describes the session offering, not a guarantee that every guest can complete a session; discuss guest count and event flow with us.
Optional 4R printing is RM1,000. Bespoke machine exteriors and travel arrangements are quoted separately. We are based in Batu Pahat and confirm Johor Bahru and other Johor bookings against the date and venue.
